AllegiantVETS is dedicated to empowering veterans and transitioning service members by providing career coaching, skill alignment, and placement opportunities in high-demand industries. As a partner of RapidAscent, AllegiantVETS plays a crucial role in identifying veterans interested in fields like cybersecurity, IT, and secure software development. Together, we ensure that each individual receives comprehensive training tailored to their career goals, combining technical expertise with job readiness support. This partnership fosters a seamless transition for veterans into meaningful and successful civilian careers.

Operation New Uniform (ONU)

Operation New Uniform (ONU) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering servicemembers, veterans, and military spouses to transition from military life to purposeful, stable careers. Founded in 2014, ONU offers personalized training programs, including in-person classes at their Jacksonville and Tampa, Florida locations, as well as online, self-paced options. Their comprehensive approach includes career readiness training, mentorship, and networking opportunities, boasting a 97% employment rate for graduates within four months.

Vets2Industry (V2I)

VETS2INDUSTRY is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting active-duty service members, veterans, and their families by providing a comprehensive, free resource library. Their mission is to offer knowledge, connections, opportunities, and hope to the military community. Through virtual networking events, mentorship programs, and partnerships with industry leaders, VETS2INDUSTRY facilitates career development and transitions into civilian employment. Their initiatives include the Virtual Networking Circuit, which connects veterans with employers and mentors, and a resource library that offers information on veteran benefits, career transition tools, and educational opportunities.

Their programs include exam preparation, application assistance, and lifetime career support to ensure long-term success. Through initiatives like DoD SkillBridge internships and partnerships with veteran-ready employers, Vets2PM connects veterans with real-world opportunities to leverage their leadership skills. Additionally, they provide free resources such as guides, webinars, and training materials, empowering veterans to build confidence and excel in meaningful, lucrative post-service careers in project management and beyond.
